This is a Rip off from the word go.Do not download to your computer.I would not pay the 300.00 one time fee to get my computer fixed because it was part of the contract I just paid for.It took 1 1/2 hrs with them snooping around in my computer they had my bank records my personal information all passwords.When you try to get your money back Guarantee they send you in to a loop first they say go to the web site so you do when you get there it tells you to call.It has taken 3 weeks in this loop to speak to a real person.Do not use their free download it turns in to a monthly service of 50.00.Cyber defender Corp is a rip off it is not free and you may never see you money again.
