I made my reservations and was there for their high tea. IT WAS DISAPPOINTING. The price is too high for the quality of food served.
The cucumber sandwich is practically drench in dressing & the cucumber is at least 1/2"" thick. It tasted sour instead of fresh. The scones broke into hard crumbs when u hold onto it. The bread loaves are too sweet. The lemon tarts tasted of stale egg yolks! The service is equally bad. There were 4 of us and only 2 sets of tea strainers, butter etc on the table. She told us to share the strainer. But each of us were drinking a different tea! She wasn't there when we needed refill. She put on a look as if she did not want to serve.
This is not the place for good food nor the place if u want reasonable service.
