My husband and I shopped around for a couple weeks for new bikes and visited many bike shops. Finally visited Redmond Cycle and was very happy with their knowledge of the bikes we where shopping for and their over all customer service. They all where very friendly and owner, Linda, even let me take her own bike out for a spin to test out because we used same frame size. After purchase, they have been super flexible about taking our bikes back in and doing little adjustments here and there until we are completely satisfied. Brian is the best at taking care of his customers and we are super happy with our bikes and Redmond Cycle.
