I agree with the other reviews posted here. Great prices but terrible, terrible service. I'll never forget the time we came in with a return and there was no one at the door to give us a return label. Finally we found the employee who was supposed to be doing this, but he was having some sort of nervous breakdown. Finally a manager came and escorted him to the back, and another employee who had no idea what he was doing came and fumbled around trying to give us a label. Finally he gave up and just wrote one out. This may sound like a one-off thing, but events like this just seem routine at this store. I think if they screened and trained their employees better they wouldn't have problems like this.
