If you haven't had one of their chicken salads you're missing out! The bottom layer is lemon saffron rice covered by lettuce and topped with loads of shredded chicken and an amazing seasoning. Top it with their house dressing and it's the best salad you'll ever get under $5.00. Take time to talk to the owners and employees about their home country. You'll be glad you live safely in Utah.
