Dr. Panzer is truly an amazing doctor and one who goes ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty for his patients. \r

A quick story to share. A couple yrs ago, we were in Disney World, FL and I scratched my eyeball like a bad paper cut. The pain was unbearable, it was Sunday, doctor offices closed, so I went to the emergency room which was a terrible mistake. They gave me some kind of gel, a bill for about $2000 and sent me away crying in pain. They said the only thing they could do is let it heal. So I called Dr. Panzer. He sent me back to the ""so called"" doctor in FL with a list of instructions & drops I needed - (the first thing was to throw out that gel). The gel was like putting paste in my eye, making the pain worse! The Florida doctor followed his instructions, put in a contact lense to act as an eye bandage. The pain level went from a 10 to a 2. \r

This is just one story. He treats his patients like he would a family member. That's why he's been our doctor for 20 years & we drive over an hour to get to his office. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. \r
