I have been working out here for years. Its sad to hear the unnecessary comments like the previous (knows4sure). I have never felt violated or uncomfortable at this gym. This person must be thinking of the very first owner of this facility, who was a pervert, rude, and inconsiderate of others. This place has improved tremendously over the years. I can say these new owners held up there end of the bargain. For many years this gym was promised remodeling & upgrading by the previous owners, and they sold it w/out doing nothing!! The new owners have added: new dressing areas (saunas, whirlpools), new upholstery, tanning beds, Punching bag area... i can go on. It took a while to get there, but it got done. What more can you ask for. I think (knows4sure) has nothing better to do than to bash those for her own benifit. Its ok to feel the way you do but to make a comment on the internet is stupid.\r
FYI: there could be other gyms w/similar names in different towns. Thats why it may be different. Who's the IDOT now. Give me a break!!!
Pros: Friendly, relaxed place to enjoy w/out feeling intimidated
