Me and my husband are relocating to Dallas and is buying a condo. The inspectator was one of two recommendations we received. After we read his reviews, I called him and spoke with him briefly. He was very accomadating. My husband has irregular work hours and difficult to pin down. He was willing to call us in the evening after an inspection if needed. However, he managed to fit us in on a weekend. He took care of everything and then called us and explained everything to us. He found two things that needed further evaluation and was going to take care of it by getting other experts in. The next morning, he went for another inspectation at another home and realized his equipment was faulty. He let me know right away, went back to our condo, redid the that particular inspectation and found to be nothing wrong. He re-did his report and now there was only one issue that needed to be handled, which he did. \r

This is my first condo and this could have become very complicated and frustrating. It never was...He is magnificient. I hightly hightly recommend him. If I buy my next home in Dallas, I would use him again!
