IT HAS BEEN SNOWING IN THE REEDS SPRING AREA. BUT WE HAVE NOT HAD TRASH PICK UP FROM ALLIED WASTE FOR GOING ON 3 WEEKS. WE HAVE A LITTLE, LOW TO THE GROUND CAR OURSELVES AND WE HAVE GOTTEN OUT ALMOST EVERY DAY. WE LIVE DOWN A DIRT ROAD. THE ROADS HAVE BEEN CLEAR MANY OF THE DAYS IN THE LAST 3 WEEKS. I CALLED ON THURSDAY TO ASK WHEN ARE TRASH WOULD BE PICKED UP & THEY SAID NO LATER THAN SATURDAY. WELL, IT'S STILL SITTING AT THE ROAD & IT'S SUNDAY. I CALLED AGAIN LAST NIGHT & THE MESSAGE INDICATED OUR TRASH WON'T BE PICKED UP UNTIL OUR REGULAR SCHEDULED DAY, WHICH WILL BE WED. THAT WILL BE A FULL 3 WEEKS OF NO TRASH PICK UP. WE ALSO HAVE A BUNCH OF TRASH IN OUR HOUSE. WE CAN'T PUT IT OUTSIDE, THE ANIMALS WILL GET INTO IT, AND WE DON'T HAVE A GARAGE TO PUT IT IN. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PICKY ABOUT WHAT THEY WILL TAKE, ALSO. WE PUT A SMALL BOX OF STRAW IN OUR TRASH ONE DAY, AND GUESS WHAT ? IT WAS STILL THERE WHEN WE WENT TO GET THE TRASH CANS. MAYBE WE NEED TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER TRASH PROVIDER. WE HAVE INTENDED IN THE PAST ,,, BUT ALWAYS LET THEM SLIDE. POOR SERVICE. LET'S ALL GUESS IF OUR BILL WILL REFLECT NO SERVICE FOR 3 WEEKS.
