I have NEVER left any business a bad review. But for the first time ever I felt the need to pass this on. The Super Shoes in East York, PA has such POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. **LADIES** if you wear a size 7, do NOT even bother shopping there. They will not have your size!! Apparently they use size 7 for every floor model because they sell quickly. They do not use the other sizes because the lighting in the store supposedly damages the shoes because they sit there so long?? (According to Heather- the manager.) So not only can't you buy a new pair of shoes but you're left with a reject pair at the regular selling price!!! When I kindly ask for a discount due to a crease and scuff mark on a $40.00 pair of supposedly NEW boots (floor model), I was told NO. I was pre-warned by the cashier that the manager would NOT help me and she certainly lived up to it. So again customer service is not the goal for this business. This unhappy shopper will never go there again and will advise others to do the same.
