Honestly, I am disgusted with the Apex Police Department. I am an Apex Native and I would like for my voice to be heard! I think that the people of the community should have some say on different issues with the people who are supposed to be protecting us (policeman) Dont get me wrong, those policeman who are dedicated to their job and dont try to be jerks and are proud of what they do--I commend you! However, the past 5 years I have not been satisfied with who the Apex Police force has hired to protect it's people. My first complaint is William T. Allen. William T. Allen goes around Apex acting like he's a ""big dog"" (mind you he looks like mickey-mouse) blabs his mouth to people about certain situations I am sure he isn't supposed to be talking about and word gets around this ""not so"" small town. I would say he should be the one cleaning toilets at a Park--that's what a dirt bag he is. Not only do I think this...several people in this community think this of him. How horrible to say that about one of our police officers you say?? If you knew him you'd know where I'm coming from. I recently read that he is now a traffic patrolman...atleast he's not out patrolling cars and looking for someone to get into trouble. Another thing that bothers me, as I'm sure it bothers other ""Apexers"" is that the police department has hired on the State Trooper who was caught on video beating his dog, what a shame! How disgusting that they would stoop so low as to hire him onto their police force. It would seem as though if you were a great police force you wouldn't want to hire someone with such ""issues""?! I literally am disgusted with the Apex Police Department. I am going to leave it like this & I guess all we can do is pray that we can have more devoted, caring, good police officers for this Town.
