I had the most pleasant experience I've ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Not only was the salesperson, George Habib, very friendly and helpful, without being aggressive, but the negotiations (which are fraught with tension at many dealerships) were equally cordial. The sales personnel were patient as I weighed the various options, and everyone was knowledgeable and clear in providing me the information I needed to feel comfortable making a substantial investment. I felt I received a very fair deal, and once the deal was made, the process of completing paperwork and arranging financing was very efficient. I was quite impressed with Norm Reeves Honda Superstore. Thanks again George Habib, I am very happy with my New Honda Civic. \r
