I contacted Mike to find out how much a set of plans would cost, how long it would take and what he needed. While we talked, I got a real good feeling about proceeding and letting him do the work. He helped me and my wife draw out a quick floor plan and ask a lot of questions we had not considered. He gave us color pictures of how it would look when finished and made several changes that we requested when it didn't look the way we thought it would. Having plans drawn was a lot better and easier than I thought it would be.
