Usually I get my pictures printed online from a pro lab, but since I needed the prints today I had no other option. Before entering the store I had to look twice to make sure the store was open at all, it looks dark from outside and is a little dimly lit once you're inside. But that's besides the point. I enquired on their prices for prints and after the rude salesmen had a little inappropriate banter amongst each other, I asked if I could get six 8x10 prints and handed one of them my CD. He then asked sarcastically: ""Sure, I'll just pick one and make six copies?"", he made sure to glance around at his co-workers and catch if they were laughing. I then informed ""funny man"" that there was only one image on the disc that I needed six copies of. I mean I realize you don't need to be a genius to work at this establishment but a little kindness and tact goes a long way... that is if you'd like to stay in business! Another thing I don't understand, but didn't verbalize to the clearly indifferent and most probably ignorant employees, was why I had to pay $5 per 8x10 at inferior quality and color that never matches when I can get far superior prints from my pro lab on pro paper for $1.65 per 8x10. I took my disc and left, they won't get any business from me again and I'll make sure to spread the word.
