What a disaster. We called Colburns out for service to my dads house. We had an appointment for 9 am. We called at 9:15 to see where they were. That had not even left their office yet (which was 30 minutes away). We told the owner we would have appreciated a call that they were running that late as we did have things to do as well, and he just said ""OK"" and hung up on me. NEVER AGAIN - NEVER AGAIN! They need a definite lesson in customer service -
