My water pump would not run, the circuit would kick the overload breaker every time it was reset. I called them around 9:10 am. The company said they would have someone come out between 2 and 4. The repairman called around 10:30 and asked if he could come on over. He arrived at 11:00 and checked the control system (capacitors, pressure switch, and overload protector) out, and determined that it was most likely the pump. He could not break the bolts loose on the pump mount so had to return to the shop to get WD-40 and an impact driver. He returned in about 20 minutes with a helper and they removed the pump from the well and tested it. It would run without water load, but it was obvious from the sound that the pump was failing (not surprising after nearly 40 years). He then left and retrieved a new pump. When he returned, he remounted the pump on the PVC and lowered it into the well, and reconnected the wiring inside the house. By 2:30, the water was once pumping correctly. Very quick service and I am well pleased with the price. I will definitely consider them when I need other plumbing work!
