This company is terrible to deal with. We rented an utilities paid apartment for our son at Missouri State in 2010. The apartment was missing light bulbs and I went with a associate to get bulbs which he could not find so we supplied our own. On termination, we were charged for bulbs. The bedroom wall air conditioning unit was loud and we were told it would be repaired/replaced promptly. It eventually died (90 degreee heat) They finally took it out and covered up the hole with a tarp and duct tape. The included internet was nonexistant. On lease termination they come up with all kinds of stuff that was wrong with the apartment and we had to pay $190 for cleaning, paint, light bulbs and a ficticious broken oven handle. It took more than 2 weeks for anyone to get back to me or my son. They then refused to talk to me as my name was not on the lease. Finally an itemized bill for the above was sent. Stay away from them. They will tell you what you want to hear and then do what they want to do. It was a life lesson for our son.
