Review content:
First let me state that I do not work for Spartan Pharmacy, so this is not them putting this up. I had been using a big box pharmacy when I decided to give Spartan a try. My regular medicines had been covered by copays but when we switched to Spartan, they were lower. WHY???? Because Spartan IS HONEST AND ETHICAL, if a prescription cost less than a copay, Spartan charged the lower amount. The big box pharmacy was charging me my $15.00 copay when one of my scripts was under $11.00 and the other was under $7.00, and they were the same generic script. This practice is a violation of the contract with the insurance company, I stopped using big box pharmacies after that. My Father was terminally ill, and on pain medication. His insurance benefit for medication had run out for the quarter. They sold him the medication at discount. At the time I was working in a big box pharmacy as a pharmacy tech/cashier, I asked the pharmacist what was the best price, and told her what my father had paid. She was amazed at the low price. These guys at Spartan Pharmacy are the real deal. Bringing back old time care with the best of modern pharmacy practices. Pros: Friendly, caring, and know their business. Cons: No cons here, only pros.
