Review content:
\r I just completed a 6 month lease at Fox Ridge. While the apartments are nice and the owners are dog friendly, the place does have a few quirks. First, you are better off trying to repair something yourself then getting maintenance to respond. I submitted a work order for some bad outlets in December and they were not repaired when I left at the end of March. \r \r The other major issue has to do with the heating system. In some units the heater is painfully noisy. It produces a high pitched noise that will literally wake you at 4 in the morning. Maintenance tired to fix the problem from Thanksgiving to February with no success. They finally called in a specialist and determined that nothing could be done. Staff was very accommodating but it did not make up for the noise factor. You may want to consider all options before signing on with Fox Ridge.\r
