I drove around for 3 days looking and didn't know what I wanted. I called Brandon at Apartment Guyz and he found me a huge 2 bedroom in a sweet place in one afternoon. It was exactly what I needed and nothing I would have found on my own. I also got $500 off my first month's rent and the Apartment Guyz gave me an extra $100 for using them so I basically didn't pay rent my first month which helped with moving. They also helped me find a deal on the internet for cheap cable internet and an affordable moving company. They're hard to find and I didn't know there was a service out there but I'll always use a broker from now on.
Pros: free service, rent specials, email listings, personal service,
Cons: I wouldn't have known there was a company like theirs if someone didn't refer me
