I have taken my car to several different auto shops in the past only to be disappointed by each one...Great Bear of Woodside is an exception to the rule...Tommy is not only a complete gentleman, but an honest hard working individual with a tremendous amount of knowledge regarding cars and how to fix them no mattet whar model, make, or year...his staff is always on the mark and you feel as if you are dealing with not just ""the guy that's going to fix your car,"" but with friend in the auto business...they are complete pros in everything they do and if you are not completely satisfied with the job they did, they go out of their way to make sure it gets done correctly...again, hats off to Tommy and his staff...I was completely satisfied on all my visits, and they made what usually is a horrid experience for me, a great business pleasure...go there...you won't be sorry
