Review content:
It has been difficult for us to find good home contractors. In the end, the work we contracted for was completed and looks ok, but we had alot of difficulties along the way. We experienced some language difficulties with the installers. They did not come on time and sometimes not at all. We did not find out until after they were scheduled to arrive that they were not going to be able to come. On their first and second visits, they did not bring the part that was really important to be replaced as soon as possible. One part was the wrong size, yet they installed it anyway. Only when they were getting ready to leave, I reviewed the work and noticed right away that it was the wrong size. The issues have been resolved, but I missed a lot of time at work addressing these issues.
