I just bought a car and needed to get a photo inspection. I was informed by Carco Group, Inc, that this facility did that. However, when i called the first time, i was told to call back later because he was too busy to talk to me. I just wanted to ask if i need to make an appt. When i called back later that week around 5pm to ask the same question, he told me to ""just come on down."" So i happily did, but of course there was traffic and my navigation took me the wrong place. When I called back at 540pm asking for the street location, the owner was very rude and outright nasty. He told me 530pm was the cutoff time and that he was located on 53rd and proceeded to hang-up on me as i was still speaking to him. So I was not able to get my car photo inspected, and because of the extremely rude customer service, i will easily go to another facility and make sure i tell everyone i know, not to go to great bear tire and auto so as not be subjected to the same nastiness i had to deal with.
