If you don't mind spending tens of thousands of dollars, and then being treated like an inconvenience or a nuisance, then you might be okay with this run-of-the-mill home dec outlet. But if you would like to be treated with respect, and expect a business to stand behind what they sell, then stay away!!! I purchased a house full of tile, carpet, vinyl and countertops from this place and was treated so badly I was in tears. (I've been through several remodeling projects and have always been extremely happy; I'm definitely not a high maintenance customer!) \r
The carpet we got from them two years ago is already shot, and the seams are coming apart. The owner, Cecil, has stood us up for not one, not two, but FOUR appointments we scheduled with him to take a look at it and see what the problem is. He just plain DID NOT SHOW UP!!! No phone calls , apologies or rescheduling - he was incredibly rude about the whole thing. The funny thing is, I dont think that we even got the carpet we ordered and paid for; I think what was installed in our home by 23rd Street Interiors is something of inferior quality. \r
The tile installer also gouged a huge scratch in my wood floors (from tile shards imbedded in his shoes), and the ""customer service"" people at 23rd Street Interiors accused me of ""just trying to get a new floor."" No, I just wanted the floor scratch fixed!! The woman who sold everything to me, Terri, was also extremely rude. When the tile installer knocked out the electricity to the outlets on one side of my house, her reply to me was ""Well NOW what are you accusing us of?!"" \r
I cannot say enough against this company - particularly the owner, Cecil Jevons.
Pros: Good parking
Cons: No customer service, no service after the sale, do not stand behind products or services
