Okay, I may be in a minority here, but I really like Dillards at Great Northern. In the first place, the men's department sales people are the friendliest I have found anywhere. They are more than willing to help and I have never felt like they wer pressuring me to buy anything. I also think their in hours brands -- Murano and Roundtree and Yorke -- are excellent. There selection of ties is broad and the qualilty is there. I have receievd several compimnets on shirts and ties I have pruchased there. Finally, I think Dillards has the best sales of any department store in Cleveland.
Pros: Great selection and quality
Cons: Parking at Great Northern and access is always the not the easiest, always seems to be construction in the area
