When I walked into Renee's about 3 months ago, I found 2 dresses that I liked very much. My associate wrote down the styles that I liked and assured me that when I returned a few months later, they would both still be available. When I went back, the owner of the store was ""helping"" me- she had no idea which dresses were the ones written down that I liked. My mother and I searched through the racks of clothing by ourselves looking for the dresses, and 30 minutes later the unhelpful owner told us that my favorite dress had been sold off the rack a month or two ago and another had not been ordered. She was very rude and did not offer to order another sample or find a similar dress. Then, she went to another part of the store and ignored us until (soonafter) we left.
