WENT TO THE CHILLI'S STATEN ISLAND TODAY. ORDER GUACAMOLE WITH A APPETIZER AND NEVER GOT IT WITH APPETIZER. TOLD SERVER TO FORGET IT AND TAKE OFF THE BILL, INSTEAD WAS GIVEN WITH MY DINNER. SERVER THEN NEVER BRINGS MY DAUGHTER HER MEAL AND TELLS ME I NEVER ORDERED HER A MEAL. WHEN THE BILL COMES SHE CHARGES ME FOR TWO SODAS WHEN THE KIDS MEAL HAS A FREE SODA. THEN I SEE SHE CHARGES ME FOR THE GAUCAMOLE AFTER I TOLD HER TO TAKE IT OFF THE BILL. WHEN I ASKED HER ABOUT IT SHE SAID YOU ATE DIDN'T YOU IN A NASTY WAY. THE MANGER SHOULD SEND THIS SERVER FOR TRAINNING IN CUSTOMER SERVE AND ANGER MANAGEMENT. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS CHILLIS AGAIN.
