Richard and his crew performed inside and outside painting along with a complete gutter replacement. I found through this experience that he is reasonably priced, clear and concise, fair and delivers on his commitments. \r

Any type of construction job is bound to create other work outside the scope of the original agreement. The workers were very careful to point out any related work that should be addressed and Richard was more than fair in negotiating the work and the associated additional cost. This creates trust between the owner and the contractor. \r
\r
I would not hesistate to call Richard for my next project and this is high praise from me!
