Review content:
I went in to order some invitations. The owner was such a disgrace re her customer service that I walked out. She made me feel like I was completely wasting her time (I was only there for half an hour going through books - not that long). When ordering invitations (especially spending $400+), I wanted to make sure the invites were perfect and what I wanted (look, price, etc.). So, the owner showed me about five options. When I asked to recap a price on a previous one she showed me, she ""grunted"" and rolled her eyes stating she would have to look it up again. Then, she challenged me on something I really wanted on the invitations (a photo printed on the invite vs. being glued on) and kept challenging me in a condescending manner. The last draw was stating she would have to make a phone call to check on a price on an invitation I was interested in - she stated to me, in a very irritated way, ""you go ahead and ponder what you want, THEN I'll make a phone call when you make up your mind."" And, she walked off. As I walked out, no one even acknowledged me leaving or said anything. I was prepared to spend a lot of money there when I walked in. Too bad their customer service, the Owner, lost business, again! Find another store that will appreciate your business!
