I would highly recommend not doing business with this company. I recently took a jersey here to get a patch put on the back of it and my experience was a nightmare. I dropped off my jersey at the Columbia location and was told that they would give me a call when they found the match of the colors that I needed to be placed on the back. After a week and a half of no phone call, my boyfriend called to get an update on the patchwork. He was told that they were still searching for the right match and that she (the manager) would call us by Tuesday of the next week. The next week passed a yet again we received no phone call. I personally went into the store again to talk to get an update from the manager. She seemed confused when I walked in and again asked me what colors were supposed to put on the jersey and what it was supposed to say on the jersey. You think they would already have gotten this down considering my jersey had been there for a little over 2 weeks now. After getting the order told to her the second time she told me they would try to have it done in one week. A week later my boyfriend got a call to inform us that they had lost our jersey. She told us we would have to speak to the owner Eric about showing a statement of how much the jersey cost so they could reimburse us. I called the owner on Monday and told him our experience with his company and he seemed a little confused. He first began to tell me about the printing industry and how stuff moves around fast and gets lost. Two minutes later he began to tell me that this is the first time in 20 years that his company has lost a jersey? Weird. He wanted to send me a check but I told him I would rather have it hand it to me in person. He took my phone number and told me he would be in the Columbia store all week between 5 and 6:30. I told him to call me when he got there and I would meet him. He never called. The next day I called to see what was going on and he assured me that in our conversation I told him I would just meet him there at 5:30. He then proceeded to tell me that my business and amount of money that he was giving me back was not worth his time. He went on about a two minutes rampage (while using very inappropriate language) that this is America and he can treat me however he wants to treat me. He told me my check would be at the Dupo location and that he will never be talking with me about this issue again. After cursing me out he hung up on me and actually forget to fully hang up the phone. As if I wasn?t already completely amazed that the owner of Gillans would talk to me like this I got to hear him talk about me more to his co-workers because he didn?t hang up the phone. I drove to the Dupo location to pick up my check, which was handed to me by a man standing outside the building smoking a cigarette. I would NOT advise you to do business with this company, especially if you are not another business. Eric made it very clear to me that he works 80-90 hours a wee
