As someone who had never ordered large quantities of rocks for landscaping before, I really had no idea what to expect. I stopped in to browse on a Saturday, and was very pleased with the selection available. Everything was well explained to me, and I didn't feel pressured to make an immediate decision. I went back on Monday and placed my order for delivery the next day 11am-1pm. I think the delivery charge was certainly fair. The truck showed up to deliver my rocks at 10:55am - what a pleasant surprise! I like that the delivery window was a 2 hour block, not ""sometime between 8am and 5pm"".
Everyone I dealt with at Hammond Farms was helpful and extremely friendly. I am very happy with the rocks I ordered, but even happier with the entire experience as a customer. I would gladly recommend this business to anyone!
