Review content:
We have been to the open jump and parties at this location before. But it has changed for the worst!!!! It has a new owner and it shows. We booked a birthday party there and were very disappointed. 1st there is nothing on the web site about kids over 12 not being able to jump. ( the older kids which were family had nothing to do)The website actual tells parents they are welcomed to jump. But was told the day of my child’s party that is not true. The inflatables were not ready when we got there and we were rushed out of the party room and our time was not up. They didn't have enough chocolate ice-cream for all the kids. I asked to talk with the owner for a discount and he pretty much blew me off stating he was new at this.
