The first time I walked in the store I wasn't sure what to expect. I had seen the windows outside and a couple of pieces got my attention so I decided to walk in and inquire about them. As I browsed through the cases I started noticing stones I had never seen or heard of before - and I loved it! I continued looking around and once I started talking with the people in the store they showed me more and more pieces that intrigued me. Not only did they have fun and different stones, I was also able to request for custom designs. I was told that if I had my own stones or piece they could redesign those or find stones to complement the ones I already had. I did not live in the area, so i was worried about being able to stop by to see the process of my piece, but found out that I could do everything online. The atmosphere was friendly and I felt comfortable when interacting with the people in the store. Now I finally know where to go when I need a piece of jewelry repaired or designed!
