They were ON TIME yeah!!! Not like the cable company's 4 hour window!! I felt good about the price I paid $127 to clean 4 rooms that had plenty of stains that they were able to get out. They even got gum out of my carpet I don't know if that's hard to do but I was impressed. One more thing LOL the woman who answers the phone sounds cute LOL!!
Pros: excellent service!
Cons: I wanted 10 am next day appointment had to take noon
