Terrible experience at this salon. I have had professional salon hair coloring for years, and have never had a hair disaster like this. The stylist completely overprocessed my hair even after bringing her the formula and directions from my former stylist. My hair was left limp, dry, damaged and breaking off within a week. I went into the salon and showed my hair to Terry, the owner. She acknowleged that it had been damaged but stated that their policy is to never issue a refund. I paid $120-\r
This salon is one I will tell all of you ladies and guys to stay clear of if you care about your hair. The owner is rude, defensive and in my opinion is not committed to offering a quality service to her clients.
Pros: convienient location despite the poor service
Cons: dirty bathroom, display of products dirty, limited selection, unprofessional
