Review content:
On a recent trip to this store the store manager and staff are rude and unprofessional. It all started because of a perfume bottle on the clearance shelf being smelled. The store manager stated that perfume was not allowed to be smelled before being purchased. She stated that I could purchase it and then return it if i didn't like it....WTF? The Rude lady stated that I should go to the Belk first and smell it there first and then come back to purchase. I don't know what planet this uneducated women was from,,,,,, but who does that.... she even stated that perfume is the most stolen item in her store..... WTF?????? Smack me twice Needless to say I will never set foot in another TJ maxx again....... I hope this store closes and I'm taking my business to the Belk after being a customer for years......
