I have taken my very difficult yorkie to this groomer for a few years and she is WONDERFUL! I now live in Raleigh NC and I am looking for a great groomer and sitting here wishing I lived back in Charlotte so I could drive to Tip Top Groom Shop. She is very patient and kind with dogs and very personable. My dog loves to ""chew"" on people trying to cut his hair and nails and no matter what he dishes out they are so kind and optimistic there. I have had bad experiences at other groomers in the charlotte area saying my dog is ""bad"" and they were unable to cut his hair. They took time with him at Tip Top and he looked awesome! This is the best groomer anywhere and I miss living near them so much!! Also another perk, the prices are VERY REASONABLE here too.
Pros: Reasonable prices, Very kind and loving dog atmosphere, very patient and kind groomers.
Cons: I dont live near them anymore. Otherwise NONE!
