Review content:
Its great that Green Citiizen helps recycle old electronics items. What is not great is their presence on Ebay where you can buy the scrap they collect. These items people discard do it for a reason. They are broken.
According to GC they do a quick test on these items to see if they are functional. The one I bought was supposedly tested.. It wasn't. I am writting this review to warn people of there practices. I have been on Ebay since it started and have over 1200, all positive, feedbacks.
