Review content:
My wife and I purchased a Kesubah (Jewish marriage license) at this store. The store was supposed to send a copy to the rabbi in order to ensure that everything was correct. On our wedding day, our rabbi informed us that my name was spelled incorrectly and that Rosenberg's did not send him a copy. The day after the wedding, my wife and I returned the Kesubah to the store to fix. A week later, a lady from the store called me rudely informing me that if I wanted the Kesubah back, I would have to pay $40! Are you kidding? $40 to repair a mistake that they themselves made? My wife and I will never shop here again, and if you don't want to fall into the same trap, I suggest that you don't shop here either. Pros: If there were, the sales woman ruined it Cons: The sales woman. Enough said.
