This was definitely one of the best apartment-hunting experiences I've ever had. NextGen has extremely professional service, and from the first time I contacted them to set up an appointment (and heard back from an agent a few minutes later, might I add) The service exceeded my expectations. The agent I worked with, Eugene was so friendly, personable and very professional. I enjoyed the fact that their office was very easy to get to. Right off of Harvard Ave.\r

I contacted them after I watched some videos at their website bostonpads. Eugene quickly took me to 15 different properties on the first (and only) day of showing.\r

I was amazed to find out that the only issue I was going to have was in deciding witch place to choose! \r

When it came time to signing my lease, putting down the security deposit and paying NextGen?s service fee, they made a wonderful effort in helping me get my lease settled, helping me sort out any potential difficulties and being very accommodating with the schedule for my payments.\r

I was very please with Eugene?s efforts to lower the fee I had to pay them. I watched him speak with the landlord and negotiate a fee. Unfortunately we were not able to lower it, but the place was worth it!\r

My experience with NextGen was very, very good. I don?t plan on giving up my wonderful apartment any time soon, but I always send my friends their way.
Pros: Great agents. Everyone smiled!
