DO Summer in Twinsburg has the WORST customer service on earth. I turned in my shirts for light starch, next thing I know is that I have to wear what feels like a card-board box. Then I turned in my wife sweater for Dry Cleaning, and they not only bleached the silk sweater, but to add insult to injury turned into a someone that felt more like sandpaper than silk. They called to inform me that they would resolve the issue within the week. A week later they said they were not responsible. This was a brand new sweater and it's tag clearly was marked 'Dry clean only'. I am still in dispute with them and I DO NOT RECOMMEND DO Summers, at least not the one in Twinsburg. Use Anyone Else But!
Pros: None - horrible dry cleaner
Cons: Not reliable (i.e. its like rolling the dice, and hoping that it will be OK), Poor customer service
