I'm an Indian cook, I've been to India, and I've tried most of the indian joints in Seattle. This place is far and away the best. Udin would be a great chef in India. He has some kind of magic in him. The simplest dish is can be fully appreciated and the more complex flavors will cause you to make those sounds (""uhnh, ooooh that's gooood, uhnh"" like Meg Ryan). Some do good curries, some make good bread, some are good with meat, Bengal Tiger wins on all counts.
