I heard so much ""BUZZ"" about this place I took the family in for Dinner. Our ONLY out to eat trip for the month! Please keep in mind we do not do fast food. WE COOK DAILY! WE did get a table at this restaurant. However, we were overlooked so many times for regular customers. The food took a really long time to not get all of our order. I assumed this meant our food would have been good or even GREAT! I had the ""famous"" alfredo sauce which was out of a jar. Olive Graden would have been better! The kids had a hot ham & cheese, chili dogs, not chicago style! One also had a cheese burger. All the french fries were undercooked. I told someone three times the fries were never taken back. My husband had French onion soup, instant boullion with cheese put on top! But never was given anything to drink with his meal! I complained and paid for the meal. I have since told my 200+ co-workers and any one who will listen. You can have bad service but good food. You can have good food and bad service, but both is horrible. The owner even agreed we had horrible service as he had to retrieve some of our food. It seemed as if he was not fazed by the comments. Perhaps, he had heard them all before! Do your self a favor find another place to eat!
