When one of our work vans broke down, we brought it to another local place to get fixed we've been using for years. We not only had very bad customer service, they told us it would be $5800 to fix cause it needed a new engine. Since our van wasn't worth that and we would have to scrap it if that was the case, we wanted a second opinion and brought it to TPN, where we had just had a swing arm added to our trailer and had had a positive experience. After their diagnostics, they thought they had found the problem and could fix it without replacing the whole engine. Sure enough we just picked it up the other day and $1750 later its running great. \r

I was kind of surprised when I saw these other reviews. Something must have changed since they were written because we had 3 good experiences there now in the last few months.
Pros: We had a positive honest experience
