Review content:
Was charged %25 more than agreed upon price and was threatened that they would keep my vehicle unless I paid the new higher price. This is a nasty extortion practice and the head mechanic Joe and secretary are extremely unpleasant and rude.
With the initial phone call I was quoted at $150 for what I wanted repaired to get me in the shop. After inspection Joe attempted to gouge me for $1700 to replace the whole front end of my vehicle. He even attempted to charge for some parts that he didn't realize that I actually had recently replaced.
When I stood firm at having repaired only what I wanted repaired the price went from $150 to $200. And when I picked up my vehicle the price went to nearly $250.
I have since contacted the police, the FTC and the BBB. Do NOT take your vehicle to this mechanic.
