Alliance was great. I called them after we lost power in part of our home and were unable (after much trial and error) to figure out just what the problem was. We were sure that calling an electrician in would cost hundreds of dollars at a minimum and who knows how much at the very worst. \r

I called a few places, but Alliance had reasonable rates, responded well to all of my questions and asked some insightful questions to diagnose the problem over the phone and make suggestions for what I could do on my own. By the end of the conversation I?d realized that I?d done as much ?do it yourself? work as possible with my experience and that I needed these guys. \r

They were very fast about the initial contact after I left them a message, were quick to schedule to come out to the house and (what I loved most) when they got there they fixed the problem fast (1.5 hours) and didn?t just diagnose and head off to create a bid. It was also helpful to have them come really early to accomodate my work schedule. The rate was very reasonable, especially since they were only with us for a short period. Our lights work again and we?re thrilled. I would definitely recommend!
