Finally, I got a nice place and the folks treat me fair. Been living all over and Brenda and Neva helped me get a good apartrment and worked with me on the price and the payments. I had a couple of little things to fix since I have been in the place and they come fix it without a fuss. If you want a decent place to live with neighbors that help keep the building nice, I say give Pepzee a call.
