Review content:
It is amazing that people can put this much dis-information on the internet and get away with it. If someone does their proper research they would find that Grand Palmetto Builders is not a registered company with the state of South Carolina. Further research would show that the address given is that of a personel residence that has restrictions both in the covenants and county as to operating a business. If you check with the secretary of state they only show the registered agent of the company, of which I did and found Brendan Curran registered for two companies, however when I checked into the corporate filings he was only the owner of one company Paragon General Contracting, Inc., which for the record is in good standings with the state. I do not know how this person got so much mis-information but after checking things out I decided to contract with Mr. Curran's company and give him a chance. I can say that from my experience that the performance and quality of work was outstanding, probably the best I have seen and would highly recommend this company to anyone. As usual we cannot go by just what we read and must look into matters our self. Had I not checked out the valididty of this review I would have missed out on a great job by an excellent contractor.
