Review content:
This company is not what it claims to be. They ""treated"" our home for mold but did not do it according to the latest guidelines or ethically. We spent almost two weeks getting them out to correct the problems which they never could do. Upon further investigation we found that none of the employees who worked on our kitchen, nor the company was certified in mold remediation. The only proof of certification they showed us belonged to someone who we never met much less who worked in our home. They did not contain the area from the rest of the house, a very important step that lead to further contamination and when we had the area tested it was 4x the safe levels of air quality. They also refused to give us a quote on their cabinets and installations, instead saying they will match what the insurance will quote. The problem with this is that the price of goods and services should not fluctuate depending on the insurance quote. I'm disgusted with their practices and the health risks they pose to others. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy.
