Beware renters! These folks will NOT return your deposit regardless of how well you clean! They are very nice up front, but when you move out, they will become most vicious. Make sure you make a video document of EVERYTHING to take with you to court!
As a professional cleaner, REFUSE TO SERVICE THESE HOMES!!! The property manager is a vile woman who will abuse and belittle both the cleaner and the renter. Let them clean the property themselves.
